Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel your subscription at any time without giving a reason. To cancel, notify us by email at info@algoxmachina.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual).

The deadline for canceling is 30 days from the start of your subscription or renewal. If you cancel within 30 days, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund under our money-back guarantee (see below). After 30 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle, but you can use the service until the cycle ends.

Refund Policy

We will process refunds no later than 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used, minus any RevShare owed (10% on closed deals during the period). You will not incur fees for the refund.

To request a refund, email info@algoxmachina.com with your account details and reason. We reserve the right to verify usage and performance before issuing refunds.

Money-Back Guarantee

If we fail to meet the promised benchmarks for your tier (e.g., 30+ pre-qualified buyers and 3+ booked calls for Ignite AI), you can request a full refund or one-month credit. This guarantee applies within the first 30 days and is subject to verification (e.g., via dashboard reports).

Conditions for Refunds

If we miss performance benchmarks (e.g., 30+ leads and 3+ booked calls for Ignite AI, 60+ leads and 10+ calls for Amplify AI, 90+ leads and 15+ calls for Apex AI), you’ll receive a full refund or one-month credit.
For cancellations within 30 days, you’ll get a full refund for unused services, minus setup fees and any RevShare earned on closed deals.
For cancellations after 30 days, no refund is issued for the current cycle, but your service continues until the end, with no future charges.
RevShare (10% on closed deals) is deducted from any refund. No refunds are provided for earned RevShare.
Setup fees are non-refundable once service begins. Custom campaigns or VSLs (Amplify/Apex) are non-refundable if delivered.

Refunds are not available for:

Violations of our Terms (e.g., misuse of leads).
Services already delivered (e.g., leads provided in the current cycle).
RevShare earned on closed deals.
