Service License

AlgoXMachina and its licensors own all intellectual property rights to our AI tools, lead data, and content (e.g., VSLs, viral reports). You are granted a non-transferable license to use our services for your mortgage brokerage, subject to these terms. You must not:

Copy, republish, sell, or redistribute our lead data or content.
Reverse-engineer our AI technology.
Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

This agreement starts upon subscription and continues until canceled.

User Contributions

Our platform may allow you to provide feedback or input (e.g., pain points for campaigns). You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and adapt this input for service improvement. Feedback does not reflect AlgoXMachina’s views and is subject to monitoring/removal if inappropriate (e.g., offensive or infringing).

You warrant that your input:

Is your own or you have rights to share it.
Does not violate intellectual property, privacy, or defamation laws.
Is not for soliciting business or illegal activity.

Hyperlinking

The following may link to our site without approval:

Government agencies, search engines, news organizations, online directories, and accredited businesses (excluding soliciting charities). Links must not be deceptive, imply endorsement, or fit an inappropriate context.

Other organizations (e.g., consumer info sites, associations) may request links by emailing info@algoxmachina.com with site details. Approval depends on mutual benefit and no negative history. Approved links use our name or URL, not logos, without a trademark agreement.

Content Liability

You are responsible for content on your brokerage site. We are not liable for links from your site to ours or claims arising from your use. Links to our site must not be libelous, obscene, or illegal.

Reservation of Rights

We may request link removal or amend these terms anytime. You must comply with removal requests promptly. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties on our website/services’ accuracy, completeness, or availability. This disclaimer does not limit liability for:

Death or personal injury.
Fraud or misrepresentation.
Liabilities non-excludable by law.

For free trials or content, we are not liable for losses unless caused by our negligence. Paid services are subject to the Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Liabilities under this disclaimer (contract, tort, statutory) are governed by the above, subject to non-excludable limits. Our maximum liability for paid services is the amount paid in the prior month, excluding RevShare.
